摘要：目的探讨早期干预对剖宫产术后影响产妇母乳喂养自我效能的因素。方法采用调查问卷的形式对我院290例初产妇进行调查，通过《母乳喂养自信心量表(中文版)》(BSES)评估产妇的自我效能，比较阴道分娩产妇与剖宫产产妇是否存在差异。同时通过自行设计的产妇产后情况调查表，分析影响剖宫产产妇母乳喂养自我效能的因素。结果实验组产妇母乳喂养自我效能高于对照组。结论剖宫产产妇母乳喂养自我效能低于阴道分娩产妇；剖宫产术后产妇母乳喂养自我效能的主要影响因素有食欲的好坏、自认为乳汁不足及睡眠时间。
