生长激素治疗宫内发育迟缓矮小儿童疗效观察

摘要：目的 对重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)未达到追赶生长的矮小儿童的疗效进行评估。方法 应用rhGH对于2岁仍未达到追赶生长的IUGR矮小儿童进行治疗均有较好疗效，并对高年龄组与低年龄组疗效，进行对比观察。结果 两组均有明显差异P<0.05。结论 rhGH可以安全有效增加线性增长及诱导追赶生长，明显增加生长速度，改善矮小儿童身高，且年龄越小疗效越好越经济。
