激励法在骨科术后患者康复训练中的应用

摘要：目的 探讨激励法在骨科术后患者康复训练中的作用。方法 将83例骨科术后患者随机分应用组42例和对照组41例，两组均按照常规进行康复训练，应用组在常规康复训练的过程中应用激励法进行训练，康复训练3个疗程(6w)后，对患者关节活动度、徒手肌力、巴氏指数、患者主动配合度和满意率提高的人数方面进行评估。结果 从两组患者的功能、配合度对比来看，应用组患者关节活动度、徒手肌力和巴氏指数提高人数明显增加，显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，而从配合度和满意率的人数对比来看，应用组同样有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 激励法的应用充分调动了患者主观能动性，增加了战胜疾患的信心，使康复训练更有效。
