摘要：目的 探讨门诊患者存在的心里问题及原因，并为其提供科学合理的心理护理和健康教育。方法 对前来就诊的患者进行观察分析，根据患者存在的心里问题实施相应的护理干预和健康教育。结果 根据患者存在不同程度的心里困扰，应用心理学知识给予心理干预和健康教育，在很大程度上缓解了患者的不良情绪。结论 心理干预和健康教育可以有效的改善患者的心里状况，减少焦虑和抑郁的情绪，提高生活质量，让患者能用良好的心态面对社会。
