摘要：目的 探讨耳鼻喉科患者腔镜手术的手术配合及护理。方法 对50例耳鼻喉科患者行腔镜手术治疗。术中密切观察生命体征，配合医生操作，术后处理患者的各种不适并给予积极、早期的康复护理。结果 本组患者手术均顺利完成，术后均一期愈合，无并发症发生，效果满意。结论 耳鼻喉科腔镜手术是治疗耳鼻喉科临床常见疾病的一种安全有效的方法，而术中高质量的手术配合和术后系统的护理指导是患者顺利康复的关键。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the operation cooperation and nursing in Department of ENT patients of laparoscopic operation. Methods50 cases of patients underwent laparoscopic operation in treatment of Department of ENT. Intraoperative close observation of vital signs, cooperate with the doctor operation, postoperative treatment in patients with a variety of discomfort and give positive, early rehabilitation nursing. ResultsThe operation in this group of patients were successfully completed, all patients healed well, no complications, satisfactory. ConclusionDepartment of ENT, laparoscopic operation is a safe and effective method in the treatment of common diseases in clinical department of ENT, and nursing guidance during the operation with high quality and postoperative system is the key to successful rehabilitation of the patients. ......
