摘要：目的 研究探讨尿毒症患者自体脐带间充质干细胞输注治疗的护理要点。方法 对1例尿毒症患者输注自体间充质干细胞治疗过程进行详细观察和护理。结果 患者治疗期间情绪稳定，无畏寒发热，无皮肤瘀斑，无胸闷气喘，无头晕头痛，过程顺利。结论 治疗前做好充分准备及患者的心理护理，治疗中、治疗后的精心观察护理，才能保证患者的身心安全。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the uremia patients with autologous umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells infusion nursing point injection therapy. Methods1 cases of uremia patients with infusion of autologous mesenchymal stem cells for treating process detailed observation and nursing. ResultsThe patients were stable during the treatment, chills, fever, no skin ecchymosis, no chest tightness, shortness of breath, no dizziness headache, smoothly. ConclusionPsychological nursing before treatment fully prepared and patient, careful observation and nursing in treatment, after treatment, to ensure that the body and mind of the patient safety. ......
