摘要：目的 通过电话回访对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行健康教育，以提高患者遵医行为。方法 回顾性分析了我院2012年1月~2013年7月对36例COPD患者进行电话回访式健康教育的护理体会。结果 36例患者遵医行为明显提高。结论 电话回访式健康教育能增强患者遵医行为，预防并发症，减少再次入院次数，提高生活质量起到促进作用。

    Experience of Health Education of Telephone Visit Discharge in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

    Abstract：ObjectiveThrough telephone follow-up on health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission, in order to improve thecompliance of patients.
