出院电话回访式健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理体会

     摘要:目的 通过电话回访对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行健康教育,以提高患者遵医行为。方法 回顾性分析了我院2012年1月~2013年7月对36例COPD患者进行电话回访式健康教育的护理体会。结果 36例患者遵医行为明显提高。结论 电话回访式健康教育能增强患者遵医行为,预防并发症,减少再次入院次数,提高生活质量起到促进作用。

    Experience of Health Education of Telephone Visit Discharge in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

    Abstract:ObjectiveThrough telephone follow-up on health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission, in order to improve thecompliance of patients. MethodsA retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2012January ~2013 July 36 cases of COPD patients nursing experience of telephonevisit health education. Results36 patients significantly enhance treatment compliance. Conclusion Telephone visit health education can enhance thecompliance behavior of patients, prevention of complications, reduce the number of readmissions, improve the quality of life plays a promoting role. ......
