摘要：目的分析和探究肝源性糖尿病的护理效果，为提高护理质量提供依据。方法回顾性分析我科2012年1月～2013年11月共收治各种肝源性糖尿病患者50例的护理过程及临床疗效。结果8例死亡外，余42例患者皮肤无感染无褥疮发生，患者病情好转出院。结论临床护理中帮助患者掌握肝源性糖尿病相关知识，加强健康教育，促进患者早日康复。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze and explore the hepatogenic diabetes care effect, provide basis for improving the quality of nursing. MethodsA retrospective analysis in 2012 January ~ 2013 November the nursing process of 50 cases of hepatogenic diabetes patients and its clinical efficacy. Results8 cases died, 42 cases of skin infection free no bedsore, patient was discharged. ConclusionThe clinical care to help patients to grasp the hepatogenic diabetes related knowledge, strengthen health education, to promote early rehabilitation of patients.
