摘要：目的 老年住院患者安全问题及护理对策。方法 通过对影响老年住院患者安全的危险因素分析的评估，制定安全有效的护理措施，保证老年患者在住院期间的安全。结果 住院老年患者主要安全问题包括跌倒、压疮、误吸误食、坠床、走失，迷路、药物、烫伤冻伤、心理等，采取有效的护理措施，减少或避免危险情况的发生。结论 掌握老年护理安全隐患及对策，可提高老年患者的生活质量。
