摘要：目的评价系统化整体护理在肿瘤患者CT扫描定位中的护理效果。 方法选取2012年8月~2013年12月1580例行CT定位扫描的肿瘤患者，根据检查部位、病情、体质、年龄，给予系统化整体护理。 结果患者积极配合扫描定位，静脉穿刺成功率达95%，对轻度碘过敏患者处置恰当，患者得到更主动、更有效的护理。 结论做好CT定位扫描的观察及系统化整体护理工作，保证了扫描的顺利进行并获得了满意结果。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the nursing effect in cancer patient's ct simulation scanning with systemic holistic nursing care. Methods1580 cases receiving CT simulation scanning from August 2012 to December 2013 were selected as study objects, give the systematic holistic nursing care basis of patients. Results The success rate of venipuncture reached to 95%.Severe badness hypersensitive reaction occured in one case and was treated successfully.
