摘要：目的探讨小儿高热惊厥的急诊救治与护理体会。方法2011年1月~2013年12月，我院儿科急诊收治发热惊厥患儿30例，对小儿发热惊厥的救治与护理措施进行总结、分析。结果所有30例小儿发热惊厥患者均得到了有效的医护效果，最终痊愈，无1例出现并发症。结论医护人员必须争分夺秒地进行急救处理，争取在短时间内止惊，尽量缩短缺氧时间，避免永久性的脑损伤。

    Emergency Treatment and Nursing care of Children with Febrile Convulsion

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the experience of emergency treatment and nursing care of children with febrile convulsion. MethodsIn 2011 January to 2013 December, 30 cases of pediatric emergency were febrile convulsion, treatment in children with febrile convulsion and nursing measures were summarized, analysis. ResultsAll the 30 cases of febrile convulsions in children patients had effective health care effect, eventually recovered, no complication occurred. ConclusionThe medical staff must seize every minute and second to emergency treatment, for a short period of time only panic, try to shorten the time of anoxia, avoid permanent brain damage. ......
