摘要：针对性术前心理指导，可使胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者尽快接受手术治疗，术前进行适应性训练，改善呼吸功能；术后详实观察身体数据，注重饮食护理以及体位护理，坚持进行康复功能锻炼，重点做好脑脊液漏的预防护理，由此可明显降低并发症发病几率，促进患者康复。

    Nursing Care of Cerebrospinal Fluid leakage in Thoracic Ossification of Yellow Ligament after Operation

    Abstract：The preoperative mental guidance, can make patients of thoracic ossification of ligamentum flavum underwent operation treatment as soon as possible, the adaptive training before operation, improving respiratory function; observation of physical data after operation, pay attention to diet nursing and nursing care, adhere to the rehabilitation training, focus on the prevention and nursing of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, thereby significantly to reduce the incidence of complications, promote the patient recover.
