摘要：在以职业胜任力评价为导向，注重医学生人格塑造和职业素养培育为特征的第三次医学教育改革浪潮影响下，医学生职业素养培育工作已受到我国各高等医学院校的高度重视。本文通过对国内部分医学院校的办学目标、教育教学改革、学生活动等方面进行比较分析，总结、梳理和分析各院校的医学生职业素养培育工作，为提高以学生职业素养，培养德才兼备的高素质医学人才奠定基础。
