血管扩张药物在急性胰腺炎保守治疗中的对比分析

摘要：目的对血管扩张药物在急性胰腺炎保守治疗中的效果进行观察和分析。方法选取我院60例急性胰腺炎患者为例，随机分组，对照组实施常规治疗，实验组增加血管扩张药物治疗。结果实验组患者的腹胀及腹痛消失、血淀粉酶恢复时间、治愈时间均明显短于对照组，差异明显，P<0.05。实验组的临床总有效率明显比对照组大，差异明显，P<0.05。结论对急性胰腺炎患者增加血管扩张药物治疗，能够有效改善患者的临床症状，恢复患者的体征指标，值得普及和应用。
