摘要：目的 探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道试产中应用缩宫素对母儿结局的临床分析。方法 回顾性分析2011年1月~2012年12月剖宫产术后再次妊娠的孕妇意愿试产并应用缩宫素56例的临床资料。结果 应用缩宫素引产或产程中应用缩宫素56例，成功阴道分娩41例，行剖宫产15例，成功率73.21%，无子宫破裂。结论 剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道试产中应用缩宫素安全有效。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the pregnancy vaginal trial production again after cesarean section in the application of oxytocin mother to son outcome of clinical analysis. MethodsA retrospective analysis in January 2011~December 2012 pregnancy pregnant again after cesarean section will trial-produce and applied to the clinical data of 56 cases of oxytocin. ResultsApplication of oxytocin induced labor or labor application of oxytocin in 56 cases, 41 cases of successful vaginal delivery, cesarean section 15 cases, success rate 73.21%, no uterine rupture. ConclusionPregnancy vaginal trial production application of oxytocin again after cesarean section is safe and effective. ......
