序贯与三联疗法根治幽门螺旋杆菌的成本-效果分析

摘要：目的分析序贯与三联疗法根治幽门螺旋杆菌的成本-效果。方法选取88例幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者，按照数字随机表分为观察组和对照组，每组44例。观察组实施序贯法治疗， 对照组实施三联疗法治疗，分析两种方法的成本-效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.5%，对照组治疗总有效率为81.8%，组间对比(P<0.05)。观察组治疗成本低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论序贯疗法根治幽门螺旋杆菌的成本-效果低于三联疗法，治疗效果优于三联疗法，临床价值高，可作为治疗幽门螺旋杆菌的理想方法。
