中西医结合治疗120例新生儿黄疸的疗效分析

摘要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的120例新生儿黄疸患儿，采取数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组患儿采用蓝光辅助苯巴比妥钠治疗，观察组患儿采用蓝光辅助茵栀黄颗粒联合苯巴比妥钠治疗。结果观察组患儿黄疸退尽时间(5.67±2.54)d明显短于对照组；胆红素日平均下降值(48.78±24.54)μmol/L、治疗总有效率(98.33%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可迅速降低血清胆红素，减少黄疸的发生率，提高小儿生活质量。
