头孢菌素类抗生素在妇产科中的合理应用分析

摘要：目的探讨头孢菌素类抗生素在妇产科中的合理应用效果。方法将我院妇产科收治的118例手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各59例，对照组患者术后给予使用头孢菌素类抗生素，观察组患者在此基础上术前预防性应用头孢菌素类抗生素，比较两组患者的临床指标。结果观察组患者在术后最高体温、退热时间、切口感染率、人均抗生素用量及住院天数方面均优于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均为出现用药不良反应。结论围手术期合理应用头孢菌素类抗生素不仅能够提高临床疗效，预防切口感染，还能够缩短住院时间，减少医疗费用。
