金双歧联合硫酸锌口服液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效分析

摘要：目的分析金双歧联合硫酸锌口服液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效。方法将2012年6月~2013年5月我科收治的小儿轮状病毒肠炎87例，随机列为实验组52例与对照组35例，均在基本治疗的基础上，实验组加用金双歧和硫酸锌口服液治疗，对比两组基本疗效，并对药物的安全性分析。结果实验组总有效率96.1%，对照组为85.7%；实验组整体治疗情况更显著(P<0.05)；两组均未出现明显不良情况。结论金双歧联合硫酸锌口服液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎，临床效果显著，值得临床推广。
