黄蒲灌肠汤联合肾康注射液对缓解慢性肾功能衰竭的影响研究

摘要：目的 研究黄蒲灌肠汤联合肾康注射液对缓解慢性肾功能衰竭的影响。方法 选取136例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象，对照组68例采用肾康注射液治疗，观察组68例采用黄蒲灌肠汤联合肾康注射液治疗。比较两组症状积分和生化指标变化。结果 观察组恶心呕吐、精神倦怠、面色晦暗症状积分(0.59±0.59、0.58±0.56、0.69±0.62)、血肌酐(398.3±42.85)umol/L、尿素氮(12.0±2.43)mmol/L明显低于对照组，内生肌酐清除率(18.9±4.02)mL/min明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 黄蒲灌肠汤联合肾康注射液可有效缓解慢性肾功能衰竭症状，延缓疾病进展，值得临床应用。
