摘要：目的观察干扰素α-2a联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法 应用回顾性分析的方法，分析宁夏回族自治区第五人民医院收治的56例慢性乙肝患者的临床资料。结果 治疗结束时观察组ALT复常，HBV-DNA转阴率，HBeAg阴转率，观察组均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论 干扰素联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝临床疗效优于单用干扰素，值得推广应用。
