低位直肠癌环周切缘临床病理分析

摘要：目的对低位直肠癌环周切缘和TNM、病理特征之间的关系进行探讨，以期为地位直肠癌的临床治疗提供依据。方法调查分析2012年3月~2013年3月我院收治的均行全直肠系膜切除术的60例直肠癌患者病例，并利用组织病理大体切片法对直肠系膜环周切缘肿瘤侵润情况进行评定。结果低位直肠癌环周切缘侵润23.3%显示为阳性；环周切缘侵润阳性率在TNM分期和肿瘤直径上有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论TNM分期和肿瘤直径容易导致直肠癌环周切缘侵润；对患者行全直肠系膜切除术可有效的清理肿瘤，因此可作为临床治疗直肠癌的基本方法。
