舒心胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察及对C-反应蛋白和血脂水平的影响

摘要：目的探讨舒心胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效及对C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂水平的影响。方法将60例UAP患者随机分为两组，每组各30例，均给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用舒心胶囊，比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清CRP和血脂各项指标变化。结果治疗组心绞痛有效率和心电图有效率分别为90.00%和83.33%，均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后血清CRP水平为(8.33±1.63)mg/L显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平分别为(4.37±0.82)mmol/L、(1.96±0.32)mmol/L、(2.45±0.28)mmol/L和(1.38±0.32)mmol/L，均较治疗前和对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论舒心胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著，可抑制炎症反应，改善血脂水平，具有较好的应用和推广价值。
