摘要：目的 探讨低场MRI诊断踝关节隐性骨折的应用价值。方法 对25例踝关节外伤后常规X线片未见明显骨质异常而局部疼痛、功能障碍的患者行MRI检查，回顾性分析、总结其MRI表现。结果 25例患者共发现34处隐性骨折，MRI显示骨皮质及髓腔内线状或片状T1WI低信号，T2WI高信号或稍高信号，STIR呈明显片状高信号。结论 低场MRI诊断隐性骨折具有很高的特异性和敏感性，可作为踝关节损伤隐性骨折诊断的首选检查方法。

    Abstract：ObjectiveExplore the low-field MRI diagnosis of occult fracture of ankle application value. Methods25 cases of post-traumatic ankle conventional X-ray showed no bone abnormalities and pain, the patient underwent MRI dysfunction, retrospective analysis, summarized his MRI.
