摘要：目的 探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿电烧伤导致皮肤软组织缺损的方法及效果。 方法 对7例小腿电烧伤后皮肤缺损病例应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣进行修复，皮瓣最小8cm×7cm、最大27cm×13cm。结果 7例患者术后皮瓣均成活，皮瓣外形及功能满意。 结论 腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣蒂部恒定，变异少，操作简便，不需要吻合血管，为基层医院在修复小腿软组织缺损，提供一个理想供区。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application of flap pedicled with sural nerve nutrient vessel in repairing electric burn tissue defect of the calf. MethodsThe flaps are used in repairing 7 patients with electric burn tissue defect on the calf and the range of flap is from 8cm×7cm to 27cm×13cm.ResultsAll flaps survived. The outline and function were satisfactory. ConclusionSural neurovascular pedicle was constant，with less variation.It is easy and simple to handle，no need to match blood vessels.It provides an ideal district for the rehabilitation of the calf soft tissue defect in the grass-roots hospitals ......
