摘要：目的 构建含PRDX5基因启动子的荧光素酶报告质粒。方法 ①通过生物信息学方法，查询PRDX5基因启动子核酸序列；②使用PCR扩增人PRDX5基因启动子片段，将启动子插入到pGL3-Basic载体中，构建含PRDX5基因启动子片段的荧光素酶报告质粒；③双酶切及测序确定PRDX5基因启动子的荧光素酶报告质粒扩增正确。结果 PCR扩增的PRDX5启动子片段插入到载体中，经测序证实正确。结论 成功构建含PRDX5启动子的荧光素酶报告质粒。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo construct a pGL3-PRDX5-promoter-Luc plasmid and to vertifying its luciferase activity.
