摘要：目的:探讨临床护理在预防心胸外科围手术期深静脉血栓的应用效果。方法:选择100例择期食道癌手术患者，随机将患者分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组给予围手术期常规护理，研究组实施DVT预防措施，观察两组护理后发生DVT的人数。结果:对照组发生DVT3例，其中1例急性血栓脱落致肺栓塞致死。研究组未发生DVT。结论:对于围手术期患者采取积极预防措施，明显减少DVT的发生，降低患者住院时间、医疗费用和死亡率。

    Prevention and Nursing of Peri-operation Period of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

    Abstract：ObjectiveIn the prevention of cardiothoracic surgery perioperative clinical care and application effect of deep vein thrombosis.MethodsChoose 100 patients undergoing elective esophageal cancer surgery, patients randomly divided into research group and control group 50 cases each.
