探讨整体护理工作在急诊护理工作中的应用

摘要：目的 探讨整体护理在急诊急救护理质量和护理满意度中的效果。方法 把我院于2012年1月~2013年04月收治的60例急救患者，按照随机方法将其分为护理组和观察组各30例，护理组30例患者实施整体护理模式，对照组30例患者只进行常规护理模式，对比分析两组患者的抢救时间、抢救效果和护理满意度。结果 护理组患者的抢救效果和护理满意度都高于对照组患者的抢救效果和护理满意度，同时护理组患者的抢救时间明显低于对照组患者，对比两组结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论 对于急救患者实施整体护理模式在急救护理质量和护理满意中有很好的临床效果，值得推广。
