摘要：目的 探讨护理干预在结直肠癌患者留置PICC管中的应用效果。方法 对 52例结直肠癌留置PICC管患者实施护理干预，包括实施心理，运动，维护及治疗过程可能出现静脉炎、堵塞等反应的护理。结果52 例患者中，发生静脉炎1 例，皮肤过敏1例，余顺利完成。结论 经对于 60 例Ⅲ期肺癌放化疗留置PICC 管患者实施护理干预，能提高患者的依从性，积极配合支持临床治疗，确保治疗顺利完成。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing intervention in colorectal cancer patients with indwelling PICC tube application results.
