放射设备的维修保养和管理分析

摘要：目的 通过对我院放射设备的利用与保养管理方法分析，探讨如何提升医疗设备有效利用率。方法 将我院2013年1月~12月进行维修的32起放射设备，依据管理方法差异予以分组，对照组：16起采取以各科室自主管理为主的管理方式，观察组：16起采取各科室与设备科共同管理方式。结果 两组维修成功率分别为93.75%与75.00%；两组调试设备后恢复使用率分别为75.00%、50.00%比较P<0.05。结论 采取将各科室的自主管理与设备科的干预管理结合并分工协作的三级管理制度，可有效维护放射设备性能，降低返厂维修率。
