摘要：医学检验科是临床诊断和治疗疾病的重要辅助科室，实习带教是医学检验专业技术教育体系的重要组成部分，是检验科日常工作重要组成，是检验专业学生把课堂学到的理论知识应用到临床实践和不断提高自身素质的重要过程[1]，是学生走向工作岗位之前的重要阶段。
