薄层色谱自显影法分离检测海洋放线菌T-2-3中抑菌成分

薄层色谱生物自显影,抑菌活性
     摘要:目的采用薄层色谱生物自显影方法对北极海洋放线菌T-2-3提取物的抑菌成分进行研究。方法采用大孔树脂对该放线菌活性成分进行富集,并针对活性成分进行薄层生物自显影检测。结果经检测,Rf 0.40的点为活性化合物。结论薄层色谱生物自显影法是一种快速分离检测抑菌成分的实验手段。

    Detcetion of Antimicrobial Components from the Marine Actinomycetes T-2-3 by TLC Bioautography

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the antimicrobial components in extracts of Arctic Marine actinomycetes T-2-3 by TLC bioautography. MethodsThe active fraction was extracted by macroporous resin, and detected by TLC bioautography. ResultsThe compoud of Rf 0.40 behave antimicrobial activity. ConclusionTLC bioautography is a fast method to isolate and detect antimicrobial activity components.
