摘要：目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值，提高诊断率。方法 分析2012年10月~2014年2月本院80例患有下肢深静脉血栓患者的彩色多普勒超声检查结果，观察血栓形成部位、管腔回声及静脉血流状况、急慢性血栓特点等。结果 深静脉血栓管腔不能被压瘪、管腔内见实性回声、彩色血流信号充盈缺损或无信号显示； 彩色多普勒超声准确诊断78例，可疑诊断2例，检测结果准确性为97.5%。结论 彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断具有安全无创、简单易行、可重复应用、准确性高等优点，是下肢深静脉血栓检查的首选方法，值得推广。

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate the value of Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis, to improve the diagnostic rate. MethodsAnalysis 80 cases of patients' Color Doppler ultrasound examination results, the patients who had got the deep venous thrombosisfrom October 2012 ~February 2014 in our hospital ,observingthe thrombosis parts,lumen of the echo and venous blood flow condition and characteristics of acute or chronic thrombosis, etc. ResultsDeep venous thrombosis cannot be pressed flatly, solid echo can be seen in the lumen, color signals filling defect or no show; Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis accurately 78 cases ......
