中西医临床免疫治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效

摘要：目的 观察中西医临床免疫治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法 口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组，第1组 (30例):曲安缩松、左旋咪唑治疗。第2组(30例)中西医结合临床免疫治疗。8w后观察近期疗效，1年后远期疗效，并测定治疗前后IL-8、TNF-a、IL-6水平，观察免疫功能变化和不良反应。结果 近期和远期疗效，第2组与第1组比较P<0.0l。第2组治疗后TNF-a、IL-6、较治疗前明显降低 (P<0.05)，治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论 第2组疗效高、能改善患者免疫功能。
