二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者血脂影响的临床疗效观察

摘要：目的 探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对糖尿病患者血脂水平影响的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2010年~2012年收治的糖尿病患者共90例，依照随机分组法平均分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者予以二甲双胍进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联用阿卡波糖治疗，记录并分析两组糖尿病患者在治疗前后的血脂水平的变化情况。结果 对照组患者治疗后胆固醇平均水平(2.45±0.24)mmol/L、三酰甘油平均水平(5.27±0.41)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白平均水平(3.14±0.39)mmol/L，治疗后各项指标明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后胆固醇平均水平(2.01±0.38)mmol/L、三酰甘油平均水平(4.22±0.24)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白平均水平(2.08±0.27)mmol/L，治疗后各项指标明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后各项指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合应用二甲双胍和阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病，可保证疗效的同时控制血脂，效果显著，值得在临床上推广应用。
