南宁市区小学生视力状况调查分析

摘要：目的了解南宁市城区6~12岁小学生视力低常及近视状况。方法 对市区小学学生进行裸眼远视力检查,对任意一眼或双眼裸视力<0.8的学生进行主觉验光并矫正视力。结果裸眼远视力检查6315名学生，1~6年级视力不良所占比例逐渐增大,其中近视总人数占视力不良总人数的93.4%，各年级与其低一年级相比，视力不良人数及近视人数阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论学生随着年级增加,视力不良及近视发生率均有显著增加，总视力不良发病率的升高实为近视发病率的增加。
