血康口服液防治非小细胞肺癌GP方案化疗所致血小板减少症疗效(1)

摘要：目的研究分析血康口服液应用于非小细胞肺癌GP方案化疗防治血小板减少的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2011年12月~2013年12月接受治疗的48例非小细胞肺癌患者，在GP方案化疗后血小板均低于正常范围。随机将其分成两组，观察组应用血康口服液进行治疗，对照组为空白对照。结果观察组患者血小板最低值远远高于对照组，对照组患者血小板减少在III度以上者6例，观察组则为3例。结论血康口服液可以明显缓解GP方案化疗导致的血小板毒性，对血小板减少有防治作用。
