慢性心力衰竭规范化诊断治疗研究

摘要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭规范化诊断治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月~2013年12月收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者临床资料，随机分为规范化治疗组和不规范化治疗组各45例，分别进行规范化治疗和不规范化治疗，对两者临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗1年后，规范化治疗组患者的左室舒张末期内径及射血分数较治疗前得到明显改善，且明显优于不规范化治疗组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；1年内治疗组的病死人数及再住院人次明显低于不规范化治疗组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭规范化治疗极其必要。

Abstract： ObjectiveTo explore the diagnosis treatment and the effect of chronic heart failure criterion.
