心理护理干预对改善精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的临床效果观察

摘要：目的 观察心理干预在精神分裂症患者抑郁症状中产生的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治30例伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症患者，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组15例，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上添加心理护理干预，分析两组护理效果并比较。结果 观察组有93.3%的总有效率，对照组达80.0%的总有效率，经比较观察组护理效果具有优势，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论 在精神分裂症患者抑郁症状中，积极进行心理护理干预，取得良好效果，可帮助患者快速恢复健康，提高生活质量。
