摘要：目的 为改善和提高糖尿病肾病患者的生活质量，临床进行护理健康干预。方法 2007年9月~2010年5月收治120例糖尿病肾病住院患者进行了护理干预。结果 随访98例，取得良好的效果，院外生活质量良好。结论 通过早期有效的治疗和科学的护理干预有效降低糖尿病肾病发生率，延缓糖尿病肾病的进展，提高生活质量。

    Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy, clinical nursing intervention. MethodsIn 2007 September to 2010 May 120 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients by nursing intervention. Results98 cases were followed up, and achieved good results, the quality of life of good. ConclusionThe early effective treatment and scientific nursing intervention can effectively decrease the incidence of diabetic nephropathy, delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy, improve the quality of life.
