摘要：目的探讨临床生化人员如何重视质控工作，提高检验质量。方法正确选择质控物和参考血清，做好生化质评。结果卫生院积极与市级医院检验中心挂钩，有利于临床对各种疾病的诊断和鉴别、有利于减少患者不必要的医疗费用支出、有利于提高实验室仪器设备的使用率，有利于提高医院的整体医疗水平质，也将极有力保证检验结果的权威性和可比性。结论相信不远的将来临床生化检验会上一个新台阶，生化质控也会有一个质的飞跃。
