摘要：目的探讨超声诊断急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征及价值。方法对我院160例临床怀疑急性阑尾炎的患者进行右下腹及全腹检查，观察异常改变，对其声像图特征进行总结分析。结果急性阑尾炎的超声诊断符合率为92%。结论超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断安全、快捷，给临床治疗及时提供信息，为临床提供客观的诊断依据，具有重要临床应用价值。

    The Value of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the ultrasonic image characteristics and the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.MethodsThe right lower abdomen and abdominal examination in 160 patients with clinically suspected acute appendicitis,abnormal changes were observed,to summarize and analyze the sonographic characteristics.ResultsThe ultrasonic diagnosis of acute appendicitis rate was 92%.ConclusionUltrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis is safe、fast,clinical treatment to provide timely information,to provide the objective diagnostic basis for clinic,which has important clinical value.
