摘要：目的探讨内窥镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法对鼻内窥镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉手术100例患者随访6个月以上，对手术治疗及康复治疗进行综合分析。结果100例中治愈84例，好转14例，无效2例，总有效率98.0%。结论鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉，安全性好、并发症少、复发率低、治愈率高，值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical Analysis of 100 Cases of Operation Under Nasal Endoscope

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect of endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.MethodsNasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp,100 cases were followed up for 6 months or more,surgical treatment and rehabilitation treatment for comprehensive analysis.Results100 cases cured,14 cases improved,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 98.00%.ConclusionNasal endoscopic operation in treating chronic sinusitis,nasal polyps,high safety,less complications,low recurrence rate,high cure rate,worthy of clinical application.
