摘要：目的观察研究临床对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者实施丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉的效果。方法择取我科室在既往3年内接诊的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的160例胆囊良性疾病患者，按照手术麻醉的不同将患者分组，将其中实施丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉的78例患者记为A组，将其中实施丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉的82例患者记为B组，就两组患者的麻醉效果进行比对分析。结果组间在各术后恢复情况方面比较，具有明显的差异(P<0.05)；在术后无痛率及镇静率方面比较，B组患者也具有明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论临床对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼麻醉的麻醉效果是非常理想的，应作为腹腔镜胆囊切除术的首选麻醉措施在临床进行推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical research of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of patients with the effect of propofol combined with sufentanil intravenous anesthesia.
