摘要：目的 探索重复使用针灸针清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌方法，保证患者安全，避免患者及医务人员感染性疾病的传播。方法 自制细密金属筛筐，针对集中管理前存在的问题，制定清洗、消毒、包装流程，有效实施。结果 保证清洗消毒质量，有效的控制医院感染的发生。改变包装方法，方便医生操作，避免再污染。结论 提高了针灸针的清洗消毒灭菌质量，保障了患者的安全，有效地避免了患者及医务人员感染性疾病的传播，减少临床医务人员的工作量，临床科室对消毒供应中心的满意度不断提升。
