摘要：目的 分析疏血通注射液联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 以我院2012年1月~12月应用疏血通注射液治疗的83例急性脑梗死患者为对照组，以我院同期加用长春西汀治疗的83例患者为联合组，对比两组患者疗总有效率及神经功能缺损、日常生活能力评分情况，以评定其疗效。结果 联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组，日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组，两组各项数据经比较差异具有统计学意义，(P<0.01)。不良反应发生率与对照组相当。结论 应用疏血通注射液联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死，患者症状改善显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
