摘要：目的探讨急性白血病患者血清中基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)、白介素-3(IL-3)水平变化在急性白血病诊断中的临床价值。方法采用ELISA法测定102例急性白血病患者和30例健康体检者血清中SDF-1、IL-3水平。结果急性白血病患者血清中SDF-1水平高于健康体检者，而IL-3水平低于健康体检者(P<0.05)。急性白血病患者血清中SDF-1、IL-3水平呈负相关关系(r=0.834，P<0.05)。结论急性白血病患者血清中SDF-1、IL-3均存在异常表达，可用于急性白血病病情监测。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the serum levels of stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and interleukin-3 (IL-3) in patients with acute leukemia and their clinical significance.
