摘要：目的 分析研究肱骨干骨折采取前外侧入路经肱肌前置钢板内固定的临床治疗效果。方法 抽取2008年3月~2013年12月在我院收治的患有肱骨干骨折的患者100例，对患者实施前外侧入路经肱肌前置钢板内固定治疗，对其临床治疗效果给予分析研究。结果 一共100例患者，其中优78例，良14例，可4例，差4例，优良率为96%，所有手术全部顺利完成，没有1例并发症。结论 肱骨干骨折采取前外侧入路经肱肌前置钢板内固定，可以获得明显的治疗效果，并且临床手术操作便捷，具有临床推广价值。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo analysis and study of humeral fractures take anterolateral into the path of brachial muscle to the clinical treatment effect of front plate fixation. MethodsThe extraction in March 2008~December 2013 in our hospital 100 cases of patients with humeral fractures, implement the anterolateral to the patient into the path of brachial muscle front plate internal fixation treatment, to give analysis and research to observe the clinical effect.
