摘要：目的 分析螺旋CT及MR在手部关节内骨折中的临床应用价值。方法 对本院2012年1月~2013年12月收治的59例掌部外伤患者行X线、螺旋CT及MRI检查，并将检查结果进行对比分析。结果 X线检查确诊为骨折47例，骨折53处，骨折诊断准确率为79.66%；螺旋CT联合MRI检查明确诊断为骨折62例，共78处，骨折诊断准确率为100%；CT联合MRI检查诊断准确率显著高于X线，P<0.01。结论 螺旋CT联合MRI检查应用于手部关节内骨折的定位、临床诊断及定性中诊断准确，有利于治疗方案的制定，具有重要可靠的临床应用价值。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the spiral CT and MR in hand intra-articular fractures of the clinical application value. Methods In our hospital between January 2012 and December 2012, between of 59 cases of metacarpus trauma patients X-ray, spiral CT and MRI, and the results were analyzed. Results47 cases of X-ray diagnosis of fracture, fracture 53, fracture diagnosis accuracy rate is 79.66%; Spiral CT in combination with MRI diagnosis for 62 cases of fracture, a total of 78, fracture diagnosis accuracy rate is 100%; CT in combination with MRI diagnostic accuracy is significantly higher than X-ray, P < 0.01. ConclusionSpiral CT in combination with MRI is applied to the hands of intra-articular fractures, clinical diagnosis and the qualitative diagnosis accurately, is advantageous to the treatment plan, has the important and reliable clinical application value. ......
