远程心电监测技术的应用分析

摘要：目的 研究远程心电监测技术在我院临床治疗中的应用价值。方法 对80例已经确诊为心脏病的患者进行远程心电监测，并同时进行24h动态心电图检查以及常规12导联心电图检查，对比三者在检查患者缺血性ST-T改变以及心律失常方面的差异。结果 80例患者检查中，远程心电监测查出心律失常以及缺血性ST-T改变几率分别为56.3%以及11.3%，明显高于常规心电图的52.5%和7.5%，两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，同时高于24h动态心电图的心律失常检出率55%和缺血性ST-T改变检出率8.8%，但是两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在对心律失常以及缺血性ST-T改变的监测中，远程心电监测技术比常规心电图有更高的检出率，而与24h动态心电相比无显著差异。
